The staff was amazing. Dr. Gottschalk was very good and he answered all my questions and made me feel very at ease about the procedure that I have to have and I feel very knowledgeable about that procedure. I'm thankful to have a facility that's only an hour away from me that can do this for me and I appreciate everything about Semenheart. Thank you.

While I would not recommend this clinic due to scheduling services, I would recommend the physician.

I called for directions because I was lost and the lady that picked up was very rude. When I got there the lady with red hair just seemed angry and like she didn't want to be there. She had a certain tone with everyone that walked up to the desk and didn't have a very welcoming look on her face. I get people have bad days but there is no reason to be rude, snappy, or take your frustration out on someone who's just there for an appointment. She also didn't sound very friendly when answering the phone so I'm going to assume she's the one who picked up the phone when I called. The care was awesome from the nurses and doctors but the receptionist dropped my outlook and rating on the clinic.
