My wait time once I arrived for my appointment was very minimal as was my wait time in the examining room before the Dr. arrived. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Exceptional experience all the way around. Top notch care

The doctor was so great at explaining the issue, that I felt so comfortable and more knowledgeable.

I went in hoping for antibiotics to clear up a month long ear problem. Others (family and friends) went to NEA doctors with same symptoms. They all got a steroid shot and antibiotics. They are all well now. I'm stuck with nose spray and a hurting ear. And come back in TWO months if I'm not better. I believe antibiotics would heal me. I've had ear problems in the past. Antibiotics have always healed me. Im disappointed that I'm stuck with nose spray for a hurting ear. Im thinking about changing to NEA so I can get some help. I have always loved St. Bernards hospital and doctors. But this ear hurting and not getting help, has me thinking About NEA because my friends and family did receive help through them. As far as staff and doctors at St. Bernards, they're the most friendly people you'd want to meet.

I was treated with respect and treated with very very good care. I would recommend the Doctor and the staff to others people.

The staff was amazing. They were very nice. The doctor, on the other hand, was very rough, was not with us five to maybe seven minutes, had nothing else to say to us besides what we heard here, but we decided to drive more professional way over 55 miles, so we came your way and still did not get a good answer. I was not pleased with the visit at all.

I walked in to check on getting to be seen. Had blood in my right ear. Was seen in about 10 minutes treated and on my way in about 30minutes. Was assured was not dangerous given drops for the ear for an infection.

They got me in as soon as they possibly could and everyone treated me very well. The doctor was, I trusted him totally and he talked to me kindly. It was just an all over good experience and I really appreciate that whole staff in that office. Thank you. Bye.

Everyone was very nice, the doctor was very caring! I only have 2 suggestions they ask for your id and insurance cards and then hold them until the nurse calls you back, I have never had this happen before, they should make copies and hand them back immediately, I wasn't the only one there that was concerned about this, the only one who should see your cards is the office clerk, I was very uneasy about them forgetting to give them back. This policy needs to be addressed. The other concern is the waiting room was very crowded and outdated, it was also very cold in the waiting room and bathroom.

It was my first time using that doctor. I found it very difficult to find the front entrance . Walked all around the building trying to find the entrance. They should have signs directing you to the entrance. Iwas out of breath by the time I got inside and it was a cold windy day!

Dr Gottschalk was the kindest and most understanding Dr I've ever met. We need more Drs like him. He is so knowledgeable. He treats you like family. Very compassionate. He fixed my issue and I've never felt better. THANK YOU TO DR GOTTSCHALK!!! Thank you Thank you!

The staff was amazing. Dr. Gottschalk was very good and he answered all my questions and made me feel very at ease about the procedure that I have to have and I feel very knowledgeable about that procedure. I'm thankful to have a facility that's only an hour away from me that can do this for me and I appreciate everything about Semenheart. Thank you.

While I would not recommend this clinic due to scheduling services, I would recommend the physician.
