Dr. Ragland has always been a kind and caring physician who seems to have my best interest at heart. I was pleased with the amount of time that he spent with me during my office visit this day as he didn't seem rushed and he was able to answer my questions thoroughly. His nurse, Laurie is also a great asset to his practice as well as Whitney who called me to remind me of my appointment. She was able to answer some questions that I needed answered.

This was the 3rd time I've gone for 6 month check up & had to wait a long time in exam room

It's like pulling teeth to get an appointment rescheduled, a month come on! I called it in early enough why so long? Dr Ragland and his nurse are the only reason I keep using them

Of course, I love the physician and the nurses and the ladies that work at the front desk are always friendly and they're friendly when I check out, as well as the phlebotomist. I love the whole first care in Dr. Ragland's office.

The nursing student who drew my blood was one of the best. I would highly recommend her as well as all of Dr Ragland's staff.

I had a bad experience with the prescriptions provided by my Dr due to the person sending them to the pharmacy not listening properly. They sent the wrong script and it took me until the next day to get the correct meds. The one they messed up was the one I needed the most. As far as I'm concerned my PCP is the best in Jonesboro but some of the people working with him have little to be desired.

It'd be nice if the nurses would have been able to call you back more than one time in the whole day to tell you what's wrong with you.

Frustrated with timing of appointment. Scheduled for blood work at 7:30 am in order to be at work by 8:00 am and was late to work due to them not calling me back until 7:55.

Was there for a hour and half.

The clinic staff was friendly and efficient. My wait was minimal. All staff worked together very well and smooth as glass. Dr. Ragland is THE role model of what a PCP should be. He knows me, listens to me, laughs with me and plans my care WITH me. His interactions with me (his patients) should be studied. His word choices are intentionally chosen to be clear and respectful. He is never condescending or paternalistic. He is 10/10.

From the time you enter First Care the ladies at the front desk are very competent and friendly. Then when the nurse comes out to direct you to the scale and the exam room is outstanding! The ladies that take you blood pressure and go over your medical records are very friendly and competent. The young lady who took my blood was also very competent. I hardly felt the needle going in my arm. Doctor Ragland and his Nurse are outstanding their service is second to none! We are very blessed to have First Care in Jonesboro.
