The staff and DR. Ragland are wonderful, we are blessed????????

I appreciate the care and concern that Dr Ragland gives and his nurses give.

The only thing I noticed. You need more office staff; there wasn't anyone checking you out. The other two ladies are busying checking people in, so there is a wait that's unnecessary.

Great professional experience.

Dr. Ragland is the most caring and brilliant doctor anyone could go to.

Everyone was extremely personable, very professional, and just overall just made us feel very comfortable.

All medical staff was thorough and very professional to my needs. Also, very friendly and personable.

1. The blood draw was quick and relatively painless. I wish I had asked her name so I could mention it here. 2. I had trouble hearing the recorded phone message I received asking me to confirm or cancel my lab appointment. I think it said press 1 to confirm and press 9 to cancel. Or maybe it was the other way around. Hard-of-hearing people, like me, hear the "n" sound in "one" and "nine." I could not distinguish what was being said. So I just hung up.

Dr Ragland goes above and beyond to help his patients, one of the best diagnosticians in town.

Dr Ragland and his nurses are the absolute best.

They all treat me well and seem to care about me and my health care. I an appreciate them as well.

They need better communication with the patient. If it's emergency we should reschedule if they're going to be late. A nurse should come in and say I'm sorry for the wait time but we have technical difficulties. Sorry for the inconvenience. That's what she should've said.

Appointment was at 8:15am. Called back at 8:30. Doc came in at 9:15. He apologized for my wait and stated "Its Monday", which we can all relate to. I know people are busy but apologizing is a good thing to do because it let's the patient know that your time is valuable too.

Dr Ragland always makes sure any and all tests needed are addressed. He knows my medical history and cares for me as if I were a family member of his. His nurse Deb makes sure I am current on all prescription medication and reviews my results of tests.

Dr. Ragland has always been a kind and caring physician who seems to have my best interest at heart. I was pleased with the amount of time that he spent with me during my office visit this day as he didn't seem rushed and he was able to answer my questions thoroughly. It's like pulling teeth to get an appointment rescheduled, a month come on! I called it in early enough why so long? Dr Ragland and his nurse are the only reason I keep using them

The nursing student who drew my blood was one of the best. I would highly recommend her as well as all of Dr Ragland's staff.

I had a bad experience with the prescriptions provided by my Dr due to the person sending them to the pharmacy not listening properly. They sent the wrong script and it took me until the next day to get the correct meds. The one they messed up was the one I needed the most. As far as I'm concerned my PCP is the best in Jonesboro but some of the people working with him have little to be desired.

I am always scheduled 6 months in advance for my regular checkups. If I try to see him at a different time there is always a wait. The office staff are cordial. It would be nice to see a smile.

Frustrated with timing of appointment. Scheduled for blood work at 7:30 am in order to be at work by 8:00 am and was late to work due to them not calling me back until 7:55.
