Excuse me. All of the staff was very friendly. I love that I've chosen Dr. Lee. He is very attentive and listens to me and truly seems to care about my health and is very helpful. And I'm so glad I made the change to him. This may be my second or third time. Blood work could have happened a little bit quicker, but it's all good. I made it. I drive from Mountain Home for medical care. This was my first visit with Dr. Lee since Dr. Porter retired and I couldn't be happier. Changing caregivers is always worrisome but the transition was seamless and I hope to be with Dr. Lee for many years to come!

I travel TO northeast Arkansas for healthcare. Met with Dr Lee (previously with Dr Porter, now retired) and both provided excellent care.

SB is an excellent hospital and related facilities, physicians, nurses and staff. I feel extremely fortunate to be cared for by SB Healthcare. Moreover, SB is very active in Jonesboro and NEA providing services and benefits to our community.

All staff were very pleasant and Dr. Lee was very caring and projected he was interested in what I had to say. The clinic has greatly improved in service.

I wish that when you describe a problem and the Dr decides to run tests or blood work that there was something more than a letter that says your bloodwork was normal. A letter does not resolve my issues. I also was told I would be scheduled for a nerve conduction test and have yet to be contacted. Thanks for this opportunity.

Yes, well my biggest compliment, I wanna say everyone is really kind. They're very respectful and they don't make me feel anxious or silly or foolish for asking questions. My concern is I know they're really busy and sometimes I do feel like my doctor is in high demand. And I can tell he's a little stressed on time, but he goes out of his way to do the best he can. And I've noticed that the systems are improving as far as like the app and things like that, but there's still gaps where he can't see as much of the information from previous healthcare providers as he should be able to. And he may not have enough support or specialists with these facilities.

Everyone at the office was extremely nice, pleasant. Couldn't say enough about Dr. Lee's nurse. Very outgoing. Dr. Lee was very nice. Not quite the doctor that I had in Fayetteville, but I do understand. So I will be having to see a doctor that handles pain meds. But I do understand that he doesn't feel comfortable. But he was very, very nice and very interested in who I was and my issues. So yes, very nice visit. And thank you.

Three days have passed and I still haven't received my results from my tests

This was my first visit with Dr. Zachary Lee after my previous PCP, Dr. Porter, retired. I was impressed with the young man's knowledge, professional attitude toward me, and concern about health issues I am now having. I was especially impressed that he took the time to listen to me. The support staff were also professional and cordial. A visit that I had dreaded was an extremely pleasant and beneficial experience.

Dr. Lee is a wonderful ambassador for your clinic. As much as I don't relish the thought of a Dr. visit I always look forward to seeing him. He is genuinely kind, compassionate and patient. I don't even suffer from "white coat syndrome" any longer and don't present an elevated BP. I'm so glad we found each other.

My questions were answered. Any subject that wasn't answered sufficiently would be researched and an answer would be based on to me. Do not like the idea of having a video appointment. A Drs. Appointment is personal to me talking to a lense is not.

This was my first visit with Dr Lee after many years of seeing Dr Porter. I was very impressed. He was so easy to talk to, listened to my concerns and we developed a plan together on medication changes. I have always been pleased with Dr Porter and this seems like it will be an easy transition to another trusted physician.

Dr. Zachary Lee and his nurse Becca are great!! Dr. Lee listens and discusses my health issues and action plans. Becca is great in that she also knows my issues and has called me several times to see how I am progressing and if I have any issues or problems. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Lee, Becca and Clompton Clinic as my health care provider.

My only issue is the fact that I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes because of lab work from this visit and there was no mention of any diabetes education and I'm having to search for that on my own.

I feel like if I have an appointment at 930 that I should be seen as close as soon as possible to 930 as can be instead of waiting 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor.

They are courteous, they are very, very professional, and they get back with you as soon as they know something. So that way you don't worry, stress, or, you know, make yourself sick with worry. And that is important when it's something that could be detrimental, you know. They're just very, very considerate of you and your feelings, and they always treat me as an individual, and they have tried helping me every step of the way. Dr Lee and staff are very good at their jobs. Dr Lee is very knowledgeable and was very helpful. He explained what he thought was wrong with my arm and followed up with x-rays. Also followed up with my request to help me find another neural doctor.. I appreciate Dr. Lee and his nurse and staff and the technicians were very helpful giving me my x-rays. .
