I will have to say that under the circumstances I felt very comfortable. My doctor was very nice and informative. His nurse was very nice also.

Dr. Edwards took so much time just listening to my concerns then gave me answers with clear explanations. Wish I had discovered him years ago.

When I arrived, they told me that they could not accept my insurance and I was charged $217 because my insurance provider that I have used for about 30 years at this place was UnitedHealthcare under GHAL and that is not acceptable. It needs to be better. I've had it for that long and it should be accepted by everyone.

The ultrasound tech was really nice to me. I told her I had a vaginal ultrasound in the ER but they couldn't find my right ovary then I told her I was still having the same issues and would possibly like another one. She went to ask doctor Edwards and he said another test wasn't needed. I asked him why and he didn't say anything. But I do appreciate the ultrasound tech. I could tell she was trying and she was sweet about it.

Friendly staff. Friendly physician. Wellness exam....these visits always make me feel like I am wasting their time; it is a very seemingly rushed visit. However, the needs were addressed, which is what the wellness/annual exam is for. Overall, satisfied with the visit, facility, and staff.

My appointment always is very fast....i appreciate this!

I was on time for appt, check in was easy and quick. did not have to wait very long to be called to back. sat a minute then called to exam room. got ready for Doc, he came in shortly. every thing went well, was out in no time.

The young lady that checked me in, was exceptionally nice. I was called back very quickly. The nurse was very pleasant and asked about my history and current problems. Dr. Edwards listened to my health concerns and gave me helpful information along with 3 different prescriptions. I appreciate this clinic.

The only thing that was not great was some of the details recorded in the office visit notes were not completely accurate.

I know the care provider is busy but I appreciate that I don't have to sit and waite 30 minutes out in the lobby waiting for my name to called.

All the staff, doctors and nurses, it was extremely nice, especially the nurse. They called me back with my kind of concern. Also, they got me in earlier. I was trying to get one later, and we have an opening, so everything was extremely nice.

All individuals that work out front greeting patients should have great people skills.

I've never had any issues, only positive experiences at OBGYN associates. But I have heard from others with different providers having to wait months to be seen. But having Dr. Edwards, I have never had to experience this issue. Great doctor and love his nurse.

Dr Edwards is Great

Dr. Edwards and his nurse both are very knowledgeable and very kind . I am impressed by both of them ! A yearly exam is very uncomfortable but they always make it go quickly and get me in and out in a decent amount of time . I would recommend them to anyone who is needing a good Obgyn .

Dr Edwards and staff are true professionals. I've seen professionals who talk the talk, but no action. These professionals back the talking with real medical care.

Dr. Edwards has always been on time or early, which to me indicates he cares about my time. I have never been disappointed with my visits with him. The ladies at the front desk have always been easy to speak with.

I've been at St. B Obgyn since I was 20 (way back in 1991). Even after moving to Pocahontas 24 years ago, I stayed with this clinic, and I have no intention of switching. Always great care!

The nurse and Dr I saw were both very kind and I was probably the biggest baby while getting an cyst cut open but they didn't seem bothered by it. I will definitely be back. Also I didn't know this office existed at first and called 15 other places all of which told me since I was a new patient it would be several weeks before they could help me. A friend of mine told me to call your office and they said I was able to come the next day! Thank you all so much!

Everything was great but the parking. I had to really look for a place and then ended up parking in an overflow section.

Yes, everything was great. Everything is always outstanding at St. Menor's. They have the best doctors and some of the best nurses there, and they care for you, and they listen to your questions, and answer your questions. And if they can't, they leave it ?

It was nice to be called as a cancellation and get in to see the Dr early and also get everything accomplished in one visit when it initially sounded like it would take months

It's hard for a male doctor to understand female symptoms, but I trust their years of medical knowledge and training.

My appointment started in a timely manner. Fast and professional.

The assistant didn't have a name badge visible so that was awkward. I received a text to confirm the appointment then a phone call confirming that I would arrive 20 minutes before the appointment even though this was stated in the text and the very same day I received another text attempting to confirm the appointment. I am an adult and don't require this level of hand holding for a Dr's appointment I requested.

Everyone is always very friendly & polite. Dr.Edwards always explains what he's doing and to call if I have 'any' complications. The girl over insurance help me when I ask for suggestions on a different plan. She was very nice. Everyone is super nice!

The waiting room needs to be extended, it was quite crowded in there.

There were treatments available that my provider didn't tell me about because of the ethics of the hospital being Catholic that I had to bring up personally. And then he, which is fine, referred me to another place to get those because they don't do those at St. Bernard's. But it was disappointing that if I hadn't came in knowing what other options were available, he did not give any recommendations for those, and they are viable treatments in other hospitals that aren't Catholic.

Want to say thank you to Dr. Edwards and his nurse. Compassionate, mannerism and treatment is grateful. Will highly recommend, which I have. Thank you for all you do.

I was thankful for the letter telling me the results of my exam.

I loved my nurse. She helped me with my personal problems. I wish I knew her name. I stupidly didn't ask. She was absolutely amazing helping me through my personal problems.
