Dr. Edwards has always been on time or early, which to me indicates he cares about my time. I have never been disappointed with my visits with him. The ladies at the front desk have always been easy to speak with.

I always hate going but leave happy! I have not yet to experience a bad moment here. Everyone I have seen has always been very kind.

I've been at St. B Obgyn since I was 20 (way back in 1991). Even after moving to Pocahontas 24 years ago, I stayed with this clinic, and I have no intention of switching. Always great care!

The nurse and Dr I saw were both very kind and I was probably the biggest baby while getting an cyst cut open but they didn't seem bothered by it. I will definitely be back. Also I didn't know this office existed at first and called 15 other places all of which told me since I was a new patient it would be several weeks before they could help me. A friend of mine told me to call your office and they said I was able to come the next day! Thank you all so much!

Dr. Edwards and Miss Kara were very courteous and informative. They answered my questions and discussed my concerns very thoroughly.

Everything was great but the parking. I had to really look for a place and then ended up parking in an overflow section.

Dr Edward's is a wonderful doctor! Hes explains everything well and answers all my questions. He never acts like hes in a rush. His nurse was also wonderful!

Yes, everything was great. Everything is always outstanding at St. Menor's. They have the best doctors and some of the best nurses there, and they care for you, and they listen to your questions, and answer your questions. And if they can't, they leave it ?

It was nice to be called as a cancellation and get in to see the Dr early and also get everything accomplished in one visit when it initially sounded like it would take months

It's hard for a male doctor to understand female symptoms, but I trust their years of medical knowledge and training.

My appointment started in a timely manner. Fast and professional.

The assistant didn't have a name badge visible so that was awkward. I received a text to confirm the appointment then a phone call confirming that I would arrive 20 minutes before the appointment even though this was stated in the text and the very same day I received another text attempting to confirm the appointment. I am an adult and don't require this level of hand holding for a Dr's appointment I requested.

Everyone is always very friendly & polite. Dr.Edwards always explains what he's doing and to call if I have 'any' complications. The girl over insurance help me when I ask for suggestions on a different plan. She was very nice. Everyone is super nice!

The waiting room needs to be extended, it was quite crowded in there.

There were treatments available that my provider didn't tell me about because of the ethics of the hospital being Catholic that I had to bring up personally. And then he, which is fine, referred me to another place to get those because they don't do those at St. Bernard's. But it was disappointing that if I hadn't came in knowing what other options were available, he did not give any recommendations for those, and they are viable treatments in other hospitals that aren't Catholic.

Want to say thank you to Dr. Edwards and his nurse. Compassionate, mannerism and treatment is grateful. Will highly recommend, which I have. Thank you for all you do.

It wasn't stress full I was comfortable it was a good visit ty

I was thankful for the letter telling me the results of my exam.

I loved my nurse. She helped me with my personal problems. I wish I knew her name. I stupidly didn't ask. She was absolutely amazing helping me through my personal problems.

Yes, every time I go, they work together real good, and everybody's successful. And that's why I changed from Little Rock back to there, because Dr. Edwards had been my doctor for seven and a day. And that's why I've had to stay and settle down. Thank you.

I was so nervous because I had not been in so long and had to set up a new patient appointment. Dr Edward's and his staff were amazing! He listened to me and provided advice and answers. He really took time to listen and didn't rush me. I was so happy!

I have had three babies with St. Bernard's OBGYN and associates. All have been great experiences, but of course there have been things I would fix for customer service and efficiency. This visit was PERFECT. I couldn't even fill out my paperwork by the time the DOCTOR saw me. Insane. I also, love Dr. Edward's. His genuine and caring nature makes me feel like more than a number.

Thoughtful and caring - since my annual visit last year to was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Dr Edwards and nurses are always friendly and personable. The girls up front as I entered didn't say anything as I approached the desk nor smiled or welcoming.

Nurse and Doctor were very kind. Check out clerk not as kind. She was ok but was not very personable.

Very prompt!! I arrived 15 minutes early and didn't even have time to fill out the paperwork before being shown to the room. I was in my car leaving 15 minutes after my appointment time! Very impressive!!!

Dr edwards has and always will be fantastic but getting to see him is the big problem

The lady who was scheduling my appointment was very rude. She was short tempered and did not treat me with respect. Because of her I'm considering not going back to this practice.

Dr. Carl Edward's was so patient with my care. I'm truly thankful for him. Additionally, the ultrasound technician that conducted my ultrasound was very considerate and patient. The ultrasound wasn't the most comfortable procedure to have, but she made an uncomfortable procedure pleasant with her care and consideration to my needs. Thank you both!

The cancellation policy is too strict I have been a patient there over 50 years My husband has cancer and I am old I can't always know that far ahead if rescheduling is appropriate!

I was pleasantly surprised that the medical staff didn't talk down to me and ignore my questions and needs which is what I typically expect from a medical office. The staff was very friendly and a tenant. Dr. Edwards explained my options and answered my questions without rushing. It's been several years since I've been to this office so you guys have definitely made improvements.

My appointment was finished at the time it was scheduled. I showed up early got in early. Great visit.

I only come for yearly check up and a pap every couple years. Dr. Edwards is a great doctor.

This office actually called me in December to schedule my March appointment. I like the fact that I don't have to keep up with it. I was seen before my appointment time. They also scheduled my mammogram appointment. I feel like they are very proactive in my healthcare.

Dr Edwards and his entire office ALWAYS treat you with respect and make you feel comfortable at a not so comfortable type of office visit. They always make you feel comfortable in a vulnerable/exposed state. I always recommend Dr. Edwards to anyone that needs a GYN!

The people at the front desk were so nice. I mean, very nice. They took care of me. Even Mr. Carl, he did a great job. He explained it to me over and over again because I'm hard to comprehend. Oh, he did that. He did very good with me, and I love his work. So, those people are great.

It was very uncomfortable

The lady who did my ultrasound was kind and very thorough. The lady who did my consult (took info etc) was also super nice. I told Dr. Edwards I was impressed with both these ladies.

As a post menopausal woman I really need a few things clarified...Dr. Edwards is wonderful but my body is uniquely mine...I do not understand , what, when, and why...how ?..a little more explanation would be nice..

Ver kind and knowledgeable

The insurance person was not really listening to me, nor did she solve/fix my problem. I can handle it myself but I needed her to help.

From the lady in ultrasound (her name started with a "K"-- Katelyn, maybe?) to Dr. Edwards, everyone I spoke with LISTENED. Their notes were so thorough that Dr. Edwards was able to just talk with me and not "re-interview" me. Going to the doctor isn't easy, but they definitely made it bearable.

I don't like having to fill out the paperwork when there is no change.
