Dr. Bailey's nurse did not schedule this appt for several months after saw Dr. bailey to schedule this appt. She said I dropped thru the Crack.

My appt was 2:45 doctor never came in until 2 hrs later. It was after 5 by the time we got out of there. Could hear him walking around talking to others but not his patient waiting in an exam room.

If this is with Dr. Bailey the first girl that took care of me had a rude problem .

I had a problem with my appointment. I had gotten a text that said it was at 2.45, but when I got there to check in, the girl told me it was really 12.45, and I showed her my text. It was after four when I got out, so I think I was being punished because they thought I was late. But when I got the text to confirm the appointment, it said 2.45, so that's what time I got there. Thank you.

They take great care of you

It is always a pleasure to go see Dr.Bailey, he is most understanding person that listen to you as a doctor, always pulling up a seat and sitting down ready to listen and talk. Such an outstanding bed said manner. He is my MVP!!

The time frame from my appointment to when I saw the doctor was unacceptable. I was there twenty minutes prior to my appointment as I was instructed to do. Two hours of waiting until I saw the doctor. I have a professional job also and my time is just as valuable.

Dr Bailey treated me with respect and helped me with information I wasn't receiving else were

I think the EKG tech could have been a little friendly.

Dr Bailey, explained everything to me and made my husband and I a lot more at ease with everything thing, that has happened and how to cope better. He is a great Doctor, I feel fortunate to have him

I have seen Dr. Bailey for almost 20 years and wouldn't trust my cardiac care to anyone else. He always includes me in any decision about my health.

I appreciate Dr Bailey scheduling an Echocardiogram on the same day I had an appointment. It provided answers that he could analyze and discuss with me.

Wait times were long in the Jonesboro offices but they were very busy with a lot of patients and doctor spent enough time with me to go over my issues and set up a game plan for my needs, very knowledgeable and also showed interest in learning more... great bedside manor and very personable all qualities I look for in a doctor

Waiting room wait was too long. Waited 1hour and 10 minutes before being called back to a room.

I am always treated with care and respect. Excellent medical staff. The ladies that check the patients in at the front desk are always pleasant and patient.

Staff was polite and friendly. I asked for a copy of my nuclear stress test results, and was provided with the information quickly.

My monitor was lose when I woke this morning even though I did not shower last night or this morning. Light not coming on when I hit the button. Added some tape we'll see!

I have a very hard time getting anyone to answer the phone when I call your office. I need to reschedule an upcoming appointment but I can't get any answer on the phone. I guess I'll have to physically come into the office to do it.

They did not have my records from the clinic so nothing was read by the doctor before I got there. Doctor was great. Wish I had been sent to the doctor before I wore a short term heart monitor.
