My husband and I have been patients of Dr Ben Owens for ten years and are completely satisfied!! Clopton clinic is a great place for health care!!

Dr. Owens Jr. has always listened to me & knows my history like a book. He's by far the best Doctor that has taken care of me for over twenty five years or so!

The receptionist didn't listen to me I said I was there for my monthly shot and sick call for a steroid shot she didn't log down as sick call

Dealing with the web portal interface for review past test results continues to be a frustrating experience. This includes the incomplete transfer of records, and linking of them, from the patientportal.intellichart.com site.

It was a fine experience... Everyone was very helpful... I especially like to Portal too!!

Because I have so many health issues, I feel like my provider is sick of me and sick of hearing my issues. I usually leave there feeling like I am a hypochondriac, though I spend every day of my life in intense pain and JUST WANT TO FEEL BETTER, NOT LIKE I AM MAKING UP MY PAIN. I WOULD MUCH RATHER FEEL WELL AND WORK THAN BE DISABLED AND SICK ALL THE TIME!!!!! I LEAVE THERE FEELING LIKE GIVING UP ON ANY TREATMENT, SINCE I SENSE THE DOCTOR DOESN'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO FOR ME AT THIS POINT. FRUSTRATED.

We had a check in time for 4:00. This was a 30 minute procedure. I got to leave at 2:00 AM!! That is unacceptable

Everyone at Clopton Clinic is always professional in the way they treat patients. All are pleasant in their greeting and processing us into the Clinic system. The wait was minimal and I was seen by three different individuals who clearly ask me questions and I was soon seen by Dr. Owens. I have come to feel Dr. Owens is my "friend" as well as my doctor.

Have nothing to add. The only thing at checkout apparently Clopton Clinic can't afford an actual appointment card. Now the checkout lady has to print the appt. Out then cut it out for the patient. Not very impressive.

Always thankful for my doctors attention

I have been a patient with Clafton (Clopton) Clinic for the past 20 plus years, and I have never had a complaint on calling in a refill, getting in to see the doctor, getting in to see the nurse practitioner, or just questions about my medicine. They are all very intelligent and take my healthcare very seriously, and I value the doctors, the nurses, the receptionist, the labs, everybody that lecture, they're top notch.

From the time a walked in the clinic everyone was very nice and professional. Dr Owens came in to see me in timely manner and he listened to me and gave me some good advice. Always a good experience when I have to come to the clinic??

The blood person has us wait 1 and 1/2 hours before they came to take my blood. I told both the nurse and doctor that I had not eaten anything. Also please do my visits by phone because I am not able to come in or have a health nurse come out to take my bloodwork

The Nursing Staff & Reception to Checkout Staff Are Knowledged & Caring !!! Clopton Clinic & Urology Clinic are mostly the same & Stay Busy Accommodating & Treating Patients & Their Overall Health Needs, So Much More Other !!!

I was concerned that my B12 levels were low so Dr. Owens ordered a lab test for me. I was in the lab this morning and have already received a call from his office to say my levels are normal! I thought that was so considerate!

Yes, all the nurses are very nice and informative of your visit. If you have questions, the doctors and the nurses also stop and listen to you and try to answer your questions. And anytime you call to get a refill or have a question, you're always able to get to someone that can help you, a nurse or whoever that is needed. And they care for people. They are very concerned about your health and everything. And everything is just good and I recommend Compton Clinic and all of St. Lenard's (Bernards), the hospital and all the facilities to everyone because everyone is great.
