It was good

I had to wait 50 minutes for the doctor to come to the room, iwent to ask the staff if they wanted to reschedule me for another time? They said that the doctor is coming in the door now, so i went back to the room and waited for him.

I thought the office at new clinic was so nice! Better wheelchair accessibility, nice and big exam rooms and office area, bright, and clean! I did always the hominess of the waiting room before so this one needs some nice decorative touches that I am sure that will come with time. It was brand new and overall I loved it and was very impressed!

I was made to feel very comfortable and had things explained to me in a way I could understand.

Everyone at the clinic is always very kind and considerate.

The staff was very friendly, very helpful, but I have a whole lot of questions and concerns. I don't know how to get back to them to get the answers for that.

I went for a stress test ordered by my PCP and I got a EKG and 3 minutes with the doctor no explanation told to come back in 6 months to a year

We drove an hour and half to see a Dr. For a total of about 10 min. Will not be coming back.

I love Dr. Hallak and trust him as a physician. I wish I could have had 1 or 2 more minutes with him. I felt rushed and didn't get to give him my concerns

The building inside had dirty ceiling tile from a water leak. Dirty carpet in hallways A little I think inexpensive repair would help tremendously. This is a medical office

Doctor sole save my life. He's the best.

I carry nitro glycerin, have palpitations and chest pain. He said everything is fine except my cholesterol and gave me a medicine known not to work. I'll try it again for another year if there's no change, again. I'll seek medical attention in Little Rock. I need potassium and magnesium and all the vitamins to supplement for the irregular heart beats that appear to be invisible to you. My pot and mag was low last labs but nothing prescribed for them to improve. I've been team St Bernard's until the heart cath and now this incident. I have to go to ER if my sugar drops below 70 and Ive been in a wreck

I remarked to my husband after my visit how nice and friendly everyone was and that that makes having to see a physician for health issues so much easier.

I think that everything should have been done on that visit, I had an ekg and had to make another appointment to schedule walking on the treadmill. I think this was unnecessary another visit another fee. I feel this takes advantage of the patient and their insurance provider.

My experience has been less than ideal. During checkout, I had to ask about a test the physician wanted scheduled. After a brief call to the physician, it was confirmed and the test scheduled. However, I have called three times to request that her medication be called in. Each time, I was assured it had been taken care of, but it was not. I will most likely be transferring her to a facility that is more efficient and quality driven.

I have seen Dr Hallak as a patient and a co worker for many years. He is kind, professional, calming and concerned. His facilities at Paragould should be updated and neater to match his professional stature.

Well, it's mostly answering the call. Every time I called, they was right there if I had to go to the bathroom. And they had real good food, and they brought their plates on time. They didn't wait till two or three o'clock. They brought it just maybe just a little before twelve. We enjoyed it. So that's all.

St Bernards has a great facility in Paragould and Jonesboro. Most of all they have great people.
