Great staff. Excellent doctor you couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Everyone treated me as a person and not just another patient to get in and out.

Learn to respect patients time. Every patient there for an 8 am appmt was unhappy. We were all asked to arrive 20 minutes early for an 8am appmt. The clinic does not even open the door until exactly 8am. Why ask me to be there 20 minutes early when they are not? I'm told this is a daily event. Also, I had already filled out online so there was no reason to be there early. Additionally, the signage on the new building is atrocious. Cardiology is hidden. I first went to heart and vascular where they say "sorry sir we only do diagnostics, you will have to drive back around front." No marking anywhere that says cardiology. And there was an elderly lady in cardiology on a walker, her daughter had dropped her off, and she was supposed to be in diagnostics...all the way around back. The staff did help her get there but if there was clear signage this would not happen. Sorry for the long narrative but it was a frustrating visit.

I feel North East Arkansas is truly blessed to have such a caring, professional, health facility in our area. There is no place I'd rather be when my health let's me down. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

As a family we have always used St. Bernard's. This office as well as any others we have gone to are always top notch!

I got in and out of my visit in a decent amount of time.

The facilities and the caregivers are all exceptional.

I didn't schedule the appointment. I also want to say the doctor seems very thorough about the treatment plan for me.

last year was told "everything is fine, see you in a year" i go this year and was told "your results from last year show a leak so you need an ultrasound and come in every 3 months for labs" but report says follow up in a year so i am confused as to why i have to have labs every 3 months. And why was i not told about the leaky heart valve last year. Not to mention dr said the exact same thing to person in room next to me. Receptionist acted like me checking in was interrupting her (one girl was just standing there, the other had to switch computers to check me in). Nursing staff complained they had already seen 30+ patients before me with more waiting in the lobby.

They was very nice and made mee comfortable

Maybe tell the dr to slow down and actually act like he cares to listen to the people

The DR only about three to five minutes

They did and incredible job

Would have been nice to know they wanted to check my cholesterol before I came to the appointment.

Treated fair and with respect. Visit was on time.

I enjoyed the new office. It was clean and efficient.

Dr Hallak has been my heart dr ever since i've had my heart attack. He's a very good dr and very respectful.

I had to wait 50 minutes for the doctor to come to the room, iwent to ask the staff if they wanted to reschedule me for another time? They said that the doctor is coming in the door now, so i went back to the room and waited for him.

I thought the office at new clinic was so nice! Better wheelchair accessibility, nice and big exam rooms and office area, bright, and clean! I did always the hominess of the waiting room before so this one needs some nice decorative touches that I am sure that will come with time. It was brand new and overall I loved it and was very impressed!

I was made to feel very comfortable and had things explained to me in a way I could understand.

Everyone at the clinic is always very kind and considerate.

The staff was very friendly, very helpful, but I have a whole lot of questions and concerns. I don't know how to get back to them to get the answers for that.

I went for a stress test ordered by my PCP and I got a EKG and 3 minutes with the doctor no explanation told to come back in 6 months to a year

I was treating very good

We drove an hour and half to see a Dr. For a total of about 10 min. Will not be coming back.

I love Dr. Hallak and trust him as a physician. I wish I could have had 1 or 2 more minutes with him. I felt rushed and didn't get to give him my concerns
