They didn't do anything I don't have a ride an they wanted me to go some were as for blood they call me down there for nothing they didn't do any thing that's the second time they cost me money for nothing I hope nothing don't happen to me because it will be there font I need to see someone this going to help me with my pain and bearing

I was surprised that they've not gotten back with me. They're supposed to schedule a heart cath, and I would expect that to have been done within a couple of days. My insurance does not need to be pre-certed, so I'm not sure why they haven't gotten back with me.

I have a heart condition and I would like to be seen by someone real soon, as soon as possible, not in the next three weeks. Thank you. That's all.

Dr. Hawatmeh is such a wonderful, spirited doctor, such a great bedside manner, and so knowledgeable, and so intelligent, and so very trustworthy. Very impressed with him. Not real big fan of coming up to the second floor and just getting off the elevator and dropping papers in a basket but I know you guys see a lot of people so I understand it but not a big fan of that particular part it seems a little impersonal especially considering all of us are probably up there kind of scared and worried and just unsure sometimes so that was my only

The Dr was excellent. It was my first visit to a cardiologist and I took whoever they gave me with much prayer. He was very professional, kind, knowledgeable and explained everything. I was very please with my visit.

My pcp referred me to heart dr due to some test results she did not understand. The heart dr did not even know that was what I was there for. I had to show him the letter from radiologist to my pcp. He didn't have quick access to my test results and had to refer to computer to even find them. Now I have to have another ct scan. If he had been informed of why I was there he could have sent me for the ct he needed ahead of time and avoided the wasted time on both our parts and my copay.

They are all very professional and caring.

front desk staff at check in seemed to be more interested in personal chat, rather than checking in patience who were waiting in seating area, leaving only one person checking in while 4 chattered for extended lengths. I felt as if they were more concerned with Idle chatting.

The tech person who did my test was extremely nice and knew what to do

The cardiologist and his staff were wonderful and made me feel comfortable.

I went into the doctor's room. I'm sitting in the waiting room. They called me and I went into another room, waiting room. Eventually the doctor came in. He was not friendly. I didn't like it.

St Bernards Heart and Vascular professionals always treat everyone with utmost respect and concern. I recommend St Bernards H&V to anyone who is concerned with their heart health.

EKG was too fast

Nurses and Doctor were very concerned and considerate

lost my dentures, and you've not found them yet, and it's gonna run me about $3,000 to replace them. That doesn't sound very favorable for you.

I was treated super nice

I tried to asked the doctor a question and he just blow me off and didn't let me talk. He need to take the time to listen instead he was in a hurry to get out of the room not a good side manners

Dr. HAWATMEH DIDN'T REALLY LIKE TO LISTEN TO HOW I FELT

This was my first time at a specialist and they really calm my nerves but I wish the doctor would have given me more insight to my condition it was more like a meet and greet

The Dr nurse was very frazzled, was running down hallway back and forth to take patients their paperwork. She seemed overwhelmed and needs help or something.

The doctor is getting my records from NEA and someone is supposed to call me regarding a heart monitor.

I feel very special when I visit this office. Everyone is very nice and shows respect to all their patients.

Dr Amer was very unprofessional. Didn't really listen to me. Was talking down to me like i didn't know my medical history. I will never use him again. First time this has ever happened to me.

I was in and out really fast and they was supper nice and helpful!!

Dr. Didn't seem to want to listen to me and didn't go over new information. He seemed to just want to say he saw me and get me out the door. Honestly with this being the 1st visit to this clinic I didn't feel welcomed at all. I also am not pleased with the dr I saw and if this happens at next appointment (which i have no clue when that will be as didn't get that information at the end of my visit) I will be asking to see a different dr.

We were in line to be called. The person in the window 2nd from the left was to call number 17 (we were 18) however, an employee (a person with a badge who appeared to know the check in person) brought a person in and the check-in person told her to come on and she would check them in. The employee with the patient said isn't there some one in front of us? The girl in the second window told her not to worry about it. She check them in, in front of us and another patient who had the number (17) before us. The 10:00 appt for a test was not called for over an hour. Saw the doctor first due to not getting the test in a timely timeframe. I understand that there may have been something in testing that could have affected the delay. Not upset about that because my visits are not normally that way however, not happy about how the check-in person handled the situation.

The Dr didn't want to take any tests to confirm my health. All he wanted to do was write prescriptions. When I told him I didn't want to take prescription medications.... He abruptly dismissed me and dismissed himself from my care.

Doctor was in and out so quickly and seemed very interested in what I was trying to tell him. Worse doctor patient interaction I've ever had.

It's good for me to stay within Northeastern Arkansas to receive very excellent care and not have to go outside of the state to receive care, Because I feel the provider was understanding and listen to me trying to explain the problem that I'm having. So I didn't have to go outside of the state or in another long distance area then end up wasting time by not receiving the care that I need or nothing was done to improve my health situations. I was very much pleased with the provider and will trust to go back anytime for my health issues and needs.
