Matter of fact just yesterday told a lady about clopton clinic and great my physicians diagnosed my issue when nobody else had done and she wanted my physician name

My appointment was at 0830. Per the messages I arrived 10 minutes early. I pre filled out my paperwork online. I waited in the waiting room until 0847. I don't understand why we are made to arrive early just to wait longer. I enjoy having Dr. Sale as my PCP, but the wait time the past several times I've had appointments have been aggravating. I work in healthcare and understand there are wait times BUT the consistency of being behind after I make the appointment to be her first patient of the day is not the consistency that benefits the patients. I feel like in those 17 minute past my appointment time I was still in the waiting room could have been utilized to take my urine specimen or do my lab draw. Dr. Sale was made aware of my wait time and apologized. She is an amazing provider & the wait time does not reflect solely on her but Clopton Clinic as a whole.

I am very confident in the care I receive from St. Bernard's and the Clopton Clinic.

I was prescribed a new prescription. My medicine was not going to arrive as soon as I needed it. When I called the office the person answering the phone took my information and within an hour I was called back and the prescription was sent to another pharmacy. I want to thank them.

The nurse who help me named Judy was very helpful and listened as I explained why I was seeing Dr. Amanda Sale. dr.Sale was so respectful and listened to me and didn't make me feel rushed. She addressed everything I ask. Dr. Sale is an excellent physician and I plan on her staying my doctor for years to come.

Dr Amanda Sale is a wonderful doctor. She is very thorough, and I am sure she really does care. She helps us when we feel terrible. My doctor, Dr. Sale, is an excellent doctor. She gets me, she gets me to where I need to go if I need to, I mean, I can't complain one bit about her. I do have a complaint on your sick call, whatever they're called, nurse practitioners. They're rude. I went in with a broken foot and she was the rudest person. The last nurse practitioner I saw would have been the one that I would never see her again. She was even Dixon Clinic, Dixon Orthopedic Clinic.

Everyone was friendly and patient from start to finish. I like that I had one nurse to take my vitals and information before I saw the doctor. I never felt rushed. This was a new patient visit, and the doctor sat down to talk with me and make sure she fully understood all of my medical concerns. She also discussed treatments with me and made sure I fully understood our plan and was ready for the appointment to end when it did. Overall great experience!

I love the doctor I have. She has always taken a lot of time with me. She has often gone way above to do more to get me the help I need. She has always done extra to make sure I try to feel better. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone but I know she already is too busy.

I am in a wheel chair and I was treated so carefully. I love my Dr and her team.

We have heard for years the reasoning behind having a PCP. The thought is good, it just doesn't work that way. You get an appointment when leaving the current visit for 3 to 6 months. In the mean time you become ill. No way to,see your PCP you see the APN. Just like physicians, some are good some are not. You get ill enough to go,to,the,hospital you see a strange hospitalist, again some good some bad. As I read the Medicare Acutely Care act it struck me as funny, never has seeing your personal physician been more difficult

Dr.Sale is such a blessing to my wife and I. We are proud to call he our doctor. We highly recommend her to others looking for an excellent physician. Dr. Sale is the best we ever had. Please give her our best for the holidays. We love her.

First visit with Dr. A. Sales, it was an establish care visit. She is very easy to talk with, and listened to my concerns and worked on solutions with me.

I was greeted at reception desk with a smile & courtesy. Micca was friendly & efficient, Dr Sales was thorough and attentive, she took time to ask questions and answer my questions.

I transferred care from Dr Porter after he retired to Dr Sale. I had to contact Dr Sale's nurse Mikka several times prior to appt with medication PA's due to my insurance changing & she was always so helpful & took care of it immediately. She also responded immediately each time I had to contact the office. Dr Sale was very friendly, professional & genuinely listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend her & Mikka.
