I reside in rural Flippin, Arkansas I have chosen to come to Saint Bernards because of outstanding recommendations from a couple friends who reside in Paragould. Though the travels continue, I would never consider having the procedures. I'm having at this time in Mountainhome the care I am getting from the staff is uniquely caring.

My main concern was being placed in the the 1irst floor observation area. One restroom for all patients. Curtained off each "room" with curtains. You could hear all that was going on beside you! That said, I must switch to the excellent parts. Each and every person who cared for me in some way was friendly, efficient, and kind, and professional They listened to me!!!

I feel very upset about my experience at this clinic. I feel like the doctor brushed me off and did not want to take my case I feel she knew what was wrong with me but told me lies to get rid of me. She never acknowledged the real reason I was there and told me something completely different than what I was told what was wrong with me and I will not be coming back to this clinic if that is how she treats her patience.

The neurosurgeon recommended me to go to a hip person because I have some soreness in that area, while ignoring the multiple times I mentioned the pain in multiple locations in my back due to multiple failed back fusion surgeries. She was a big waste of the 2 hour drive both ways and the 10 minutes she spoke to me! Will never go back there again!

Alice Cherqui is the worst doctor I've ever seen. She barely listened to my complaints, cut me off as I was trying to speak about my issues, and said there was nothing wrong with my neck, even though the mri said I had significant bone spurs and recommended pain management or surgery. She said everyone has bone spurs. She couldn't wait to get out of the room. She didn't even examine me. I've been dealing with numbness issues in my arms, hands & face for months & she couldn't care less. She wants me to get another test that she didn't even explain. I will never go back to her.

Oh, the doctor was understandable. They explained to me everything that was going on with my body, and I'm very satisfied with the feedback, and I appreciate them explaining and taking time out and answering my questions concerning my body.

I was treated very well.. Dr Alice was one of the nicest doctors that I have ever had contact with. I highly recommend her to anyone. All the nurses and techs were very helpful and friendly. I'm so glad that as a patient of STB for many years, I am always treated very kindly.

Dr. Cherqui is very good, listens to me and gives advice as needed. Definitely will recommend St. Bernard's Neurology to people who need back surgery.

It was very professional

I reside by and near Baxter Hospital in Mountain Home, Arkansas. I chose to come to St. Bernard to be with Dr. Cherqui because of her reputation and her medical knowledge.

Every staff member was great..it's the dr. I have a problem with. She just flopped herself down in the chair and said "well I can't help ya".

Very disappointed with doctor. She took three personal cellphone calls and talked several times with PA about a personal appointment on following day while in room. She seemed distracted and in a hurry to leave. I was in room an hour waiting to see doctor not including long wait in lobby. I will not be returning to or referring any one to see this doctor.

Yes, I think Dr. Cherokee did not even go over my MRI. She looked at the x-rays they took in the office. I have a lot of problems, yes, I know. But I do need something done with my back. I don't need just a shot in my, for my leg. I will find another doctor.

I feel like the waiting was a little bit longer than, you know, expected. We got there at 930 and I didn't get seen until about 12. But with that being said, overall, everything was smooth. Everything went great. Everyone did, you know, make me feel comfortable. But other than that, I guess just the waiting.

I got to my appointment a little late because I had to wait to find a spot to park my car, it really didn't matter too much because I had to wait an hour in the waiting room before I got called into a room.

The provider was in extreme hurry in my case. I didn't feel I was listened to that well, and it was a rushed examination that I'm not sure that I fully trusted. I would like for it to, I kind of felt like I was being run through the mill. That's it.

It was very good, way better than before and I didn't have any problems with anyone, they were very nice and treated me like family. Before I had a bad experience, thank you all for taking care of me and others as well. I greatly appreciate you all.
