Thank you all.

All went well just a long time before I can have an ultrasound and doppler on my legs for the swelling.

it took to long to see the doctor,long wait.

Almost 2hrs waiting time , but probably no falt to Dr. Sometimes things just happen.

They need to not make appointments for multiple people because at this appointment i had to wait 2hours before i saw him.

The only thing that bothers me is that most times we have to wait 30 to 45 mins past our scheduled appointment to ever be seen by the doctor.

I kind of think he makes me wait real long on purpose.

I was very happy with my care at St. Bernard's. My only problem is they didn't seem to have a good handle on diabetes control. I thought my diabetes control was poor at St. Bernard's. But except for that, I thought it was great.

Dr Ahmed was nice. He actually seemed to listen to me this time.

Questions answered no long waiting period

The waiting time to see the doctor is usually over an hour

The nurse and doctor made me feel quite comfortable

My appointment was scheduled for 3:45 p.m., but I did not see the doctor until shortly before 5 p.m.

I thought that I was going to see the doctor that day, but it turned out they had only scheduled me for a test and there was prep things I probably should have done before the test that I wasn't made aware of. So I had to spend most of the day in the office doing the prep stuff.

It was my first experience as a patient and I was satisfied.

Answered all my questions . Mostly very friendly.

Wait was too long. Appointment was 9:45. Didn't see doctor until around 11:45.

Me and my dad are very well pleased with the care we get and the friendly staff they all are very helpful and kind

The receptionist and the nurses they always treat me with respect it's just that I have a problem with getting seen on time the heart and vascular is always running behind time but everything else is okay

The physician seemed pre occupied. He told my how and why he was changing my Rx. It was pretty routine

My appointment was at 8:00 am and it was 9:20 before I was taken back for my procedure. Having an early appointment didn't help me to get in and out so I could get back to work early

The girl that did my blood pressure and went over my medications was not friendly at all. She never smiled once.

Start to finish I was pleased with the timeliness at each step & personableness of each person I interacted with at each step.

The parking lot and sidewalks are horrible. I noticed several people with walkers and wheelchairs having a hard time. Not much you can do with the parking on a hill, but you could have an attendant to help with people who really need assistance. Just a nice man opening the door for us was a very significant gesture.

I had seen Dr. Ahmed before and wanted to be seen in Jonesboro by him again because i was pleased with the clinic at that time too!

This was my first visit as a new patient.

The 2 1/2 hour wait does make it challenging for my schedule. It seemed overbooked. However, I realize this team also deals with hospital care and critical situations which is unpredictable.

I was satisfied with everyone I can n contact with.

Had an appt at 9:00 and wasn't seen for my echocardiogram until 10:30 and another thing why can't a patient request the doctor they want

The wait time was quite long in waiting room over a hour and did not seem very busy

Everything was fine with the appointment except for the fact that I had to wait two hours to be seen. So that's the thing I think you need to work on is being more timely. I was there on time like I was supposed to be to fill out paperwork early, but I didn't get called back until I had been there almost two hours. So anyway, that's what you need to improve on. Everything else was fine.

My doctor recommended that I go see a cardiologist to have back surgery. I was expecting to leave the cardiologist with an okay for surgery. The doctor asked if I could do a stress test and I explained no I have back issues I can barely walk not alone run. So my surgery is again postponed because he wants to now do a chemical stress test.. Nobody understands the pain that I go through and it seems like I'm just a number.

They are willing to help you if you need help and they don't act like they are helping because it's there job. They also greet you with a smile. Great place and great people.

This office is always so busy and it always takes a long time, so we prepare for a wait

Too long of a weight, especially when you have two broken toes and they were made aware of that when I got there, but still, I had to wait almost 2 hours to get waited on by the doctor

It's always crowded. Appointment times are never met.

The wait times are extremely LONG!!! I realize it's necessary sometimes due to being short handed. But, it should never take 2-3 hours!!!

As long as I have a choice I will not go anywhere else. I have had several procedures done and I have never been Unsatisfied. Doctors and Nurses are very knowledgeable and caring.

You can improve by not scheduling so many folks on the same date, I guess, because my wait time, I was in the waiting room almost three hours before I see the doctor, and he was in the room for about six minutes. That's crazy. Then when I went and looked at reviews, pretty much all of the reviews saying that you're going to wait at least two to two and a half hours. Something needs to be done about that.

Wait time was longer than average. Appointment was scheduled for 3:15 with 29 minute prior arrival for check in. Arrived 25 minutes before appointment time and did not see doctor until 5:25. No update given by anyone just sit and wait. Multiple persons very upset in waiting also. Chairs not comfortable and I will bring lawn chair for next appointment.

I had a 9:30 appointment but wasn't called back until 10:30. When I originally scheduled, I was told the visit would take about 15-20 minutes, so I hadn't allotted extra time away from work. The long wait would have been frustrating regardless, but the lack of accurate information made it worse. Upon arrival, I was also unfamiliar with the process. Even though I had a scheduled appointment, I later learned I still needed to pull a number ticket-something no one explained beforehand. This made the wait even more confusing, and I don't really see the purpose of having a number system for pre-scheduled appointments. Once I was finally seen, the nurse and doctor were kind and professional, which I appreciated. However, the inconsideration of my time, the unclear check-in process, and the overall environment (which felt uninviting and unclean) left a very poor first impression. There is definitely room for improvement in communication, organization, and cleanliness.

We have always received good care at St. Bernards.

Dr. Ahmed was so thorough in his explanation making decisions easier to make.
