Everyone was helpful and gracious.

The wait times are extremely LONG!!! I realize it's necessary sometimes due to being short handed. But, it should never take 2-3 hours!!!

As long as I have a choice I will not go anywhere else. I have had several procedures done and I have never been Unsatisfied. Doctors and Nurses are very knowledgeable and caring.

You can improve by not scheduling so many folks on the same date, I guess, because my wait time, I was in the waiting room almost three hours before I see the doctor, and he was in the room for about six minutes. That's crazy. Then when I went and looked at reviews, pretty much all of the reviews saying that you're going to wait at least two to two and a half hours. Something needs to be done about that.

Wait time was longer than average. Appointment was scheduled for 3:15 with 29 minute prior arrival for check in. Arrived 25 minutes before appointment time and did not see doctor until 5:25. No update given by anyone just sit and wait. Multiple persons very upset in waiting also. Chairs not comfortable and I will bring lawn chair for next appointment.

I had a 9:30 appointment but wasn't called back until 10:30. When I originally scheduled, I was told the visit would take about 15-20 minutes, so I hadn't allotted extra time away from work. The long wait would have been frustrating regardless, but the lack of accurate information made it worse. Upon arrival, I was also unfamiliar with the process. Even though I had a scheduled appointment, I later learned I still needed to pull a number ticket-something no one explained beforehand. This made the wait even more confusing, and I don't really see the purpose of having a number system for pre-scheduled appointments. Once I was finally seen, the nurse and doctor were kind and professional, which I appreciated. However, the inconsideration of my time, the unclear check-in process, and the overall environment (which felt uninviting and unclean) left a very poor first impression. There is definitely room for improvement in communication, organization, and cleanliness.

We have always received good care at St. Bernards.

Dr. Ahmed was so thorough in his explanation making decisions easier to make.

I was treated with dignity and respect It gave me peace of mind and confidence that my best interests were taken care of I'll be 76 next week. I was born at St Bernard and I feel confident that I'm getting the best care possible.

Always had a good experience with my dr. Even with the 10 + surgeries the past 4 1/2 years.

Two and a half hours in a little room is way to long to wait on a Doctor. My time important too.

The wait times are extremely long and the doctor is only present for a few minutes. I saw the doctor for maybe 15 mins of the near 3 hours I was there. There is also a lack of coordination of care between staff members. The doctor says one thing and the rest of the staff sends you in your way without additional information about scheduling for the doctor's orders (e.g., ultrasound, holter monitor).

The lady, the reception that in the far right corner, when you first come in, she was extremely nice. She smiled and she just was really, really nice. And it really made my day. Thank you. Bye.

How the staff and doctor was so nice and friendly

I was there to see a cardiologist. He did not listen to my heart or lungs at all.

I have a wonderful doctor and nurses at this facility. The receptionist are wonderful. They get me back as quick as I can and I'm out of there as quick as I can get me out of there they make sure I am informed on all of my procedures and medication. I really love this facility and would recommend it highly to family and friends or anyone else.

They did exactly what I wanted them to do.

I had to be sitting in the lobby waiting too long. Then once I went to the room, I sit in the room and I waited too long. I didn't like waiting that long. Then when they closed, I had to go outside and sit by myself too long.

Good experience. Pillow on the exam table was super yellow looking and didn't have a cover so that type of stuff needs updates. But the staff was wonderful so far.

Everything was really fine, it's just such a long, long, long way to get in there and get out.

I don't feel that I was really listened to about what was going on. Also my appointment was at 2 but told to arrive early. Did not leave until 3:45! My time is just as valuable as theirs

Had to wait over an hour for my echo. Then had to wait an additional two hours to see the doctor. Spent three and a half hours there for a 10 minute echo and 5 minute Dr. visit.

My visit at the Cardiology Clinic was good.

I would be ok with a tele or video appointment except for the EKG I received.

1-1/2 to 2+ hours is much too long for a follow up visit that consist of 20 minutes of actual service (i.e. weigh, check blood pressure, doctor chat) Fortunately, my last visit was exceptionally efficient. Video visits can improve your efficiency and save my time. Win-win.
