Everyone treated me like I should be treated. I appreciated it very much. I was treated great.

I know many that have the same concerns about this clinic. Call backs are not good.

Parking lot is terrible for patients with walking difficulties. Waiting for 1 hour pass appointment time to actually see the doctor is not acceptable.

Yeah, I had some questions for Dr. Al-Hindi, and he tried to answer them the best as he knew how. And I thank him.

I'm glad to.have Dr Al Hindi as my doctor. He makes me feel good about my health.

The staff were real good, great, and courteous, very courteous. Dr. Hindi was absolutely terrific. And like I said, the nurses was all of them wonderful. So I truly thank them for taking the time and hurting him to get me in and telling me what issue I got going on. I truly thank St. Bernard Cardiac Specialist and their staff.

This is the only doctor that I have that does not have time for me. And I do have several more with the other provider.

I'm very satisfied with the way that Dr. Hendee (Al-Hindi) explains things to me about the procedures that we've been having to go through, or that I've been having to go through, and about the tests. And I really feel like he's being really thorough, you know, when it comes to my heart, and I'm grateful for that. And the staff, everyone there is so kind, and they're wonderful people. I've been with Dr. Al-Hindi for about three or four years now. Him and his staff are real good and friendly. They tell me what all I need to know. They do a great job. Thank you.

First off, it took too long to get in to see the doctor and too long in between to get special tests done. So from the time that I went to the doctor and time that I got to go back to get my test results was four months at my four month checkup. I do not believe I should have had to wait that long. I tried to call numerous times and was not able to get my test results. And the doctor made me wait an hour and a half to be seen.

Everything was rushed. I wasn't able to ask the questions I needed and things were not explained.

Everything was fine. I just think I need to change my doctor to someone else. I'm not really crazy about that doctor, but if that's all I can get, then I guess I'll have to keep him. Thank you. Bye.

Everyone was very nice. Everybody was really considerate. Dr. Al-Hindi, I might not say his name right, but anyway, he was very concerned about us making sure we keep our appointment because it's very, very necessary that we do this and to take care of ourselves. So he was really, really concerned and everybody was just just did a great job. Nurses, the lady that took our blood, and the nurse that did the EKG, the nurse that come in there and checked us in, and everybody was just really good. My only complaint would be the lengthy time spent waiting to be seen by the doctor, but I understand! Thank you

It has been my experience that calling in to confer with nurse at this practice, falls very short. If they call you back it is up to a week. If they call you back. Recently the insurance denied a medicine and I called to see if it could be switched or a P/A for it. It was omega oil for high triglycerides. I forgot to mention to Dr on this visit. So this still has not been addressed. I have called in past and they called a week later when in the hospital. All the other clinics I have dealt with have promptly handled the issues, I call about. I even complained to the doctor and he acknowledged that they received a lot of complaints.

Sorry to say, but they were to call in to Walmart pharmacy a new order and 2 days later it was not in. Now I'm going to be gone for a week without getting it.

Dr Al-Hindi is a kind, compassionate, brilliant doctor. He has treated my family. When my daughter feared coming in the clinic due to "fear of germs," he was kind, compassionate and caring to her. He gained her respect and was able to treat her and get testing done she needed.

Only thing is I should have had my appointment changed to a later time.. it's about hour and half drive plus getting up early. I'm retired now.

I felt like I was rushed during my visit because it was when everyone was going home by the time I got back to the room my appointment was at three and I didn't even get called back until 4:45 and was out of there a little after 5 did not get to really even talk to the doctor about my issues just felt rushed

They always listen and offer help when asked.

I waited 2 hours to be seen. I was in a room waiting for the doctor for over an hour. He then asked me why I was there. This was after I came out and asked the staff what was taking so long and that I needed to go back to work as I had scheduled appointments for my own patients. He wanted to do all kinds of tests, blood work after I got upset. I just walked out and didn't reschedule. Later in the afternoon, I called and spoke with the receptionist and told her that I would like my care to be transferred to another doctor. She put in a request for it and also for the clinic manager to call and speak with me. I feel as if my time wasn't valued and to ask me why I was even there was a slap in the face. I have chronic illnesses that have an increased risk of heart attack and I've been in the ER in the past for a very high heart rate. Secondly, my dad had his 1st heart attack at age 35 then died at 47 with another. I would like a transfer my care to another physician. I'm not typically a person that gets upset easily, but I was ready to walk out of this appointment and should have.

Just had a long day sitting and waiting to get took care of but everything else was good very caring nice i guess they was just backed up over all they were very nice and friendly

I am always impressed with how I am treated by everyone when I come for my appointment. Especially by Dr Al-Hindi and his staff. I feel as tho the Dr. is very smart and cares about his patients. I just want to say that everyone I saw was very kind and caring which meant a lot to me.

The phlebotomist in the cardiologist lab really knows her job. They should keep her, she have my respect.

My first time to see this Dr so he couldn't know much about me but a big thank you for everyone involved in getting me rushed through all these tests to find out what's going on with my health.

I've always had a good experience at St. Bernard Heart and Vascular. They've always been very professional and respectful of me. Dr. Hindi is a very nice and caring Dr. He's always been quick to see to all of my concerns.

Yes, the clerks and nurses and doctors were fine. Communication would be a big help. I'm sitting there for two hours after appointment time with no communication, not being told what's going on. I wasn't the only one there. There were people I walked out with had been there for over three and a half hours. Just if you're going to run behind, communicate to your people that you need to tell your patients what to hold up is. Other than that, it was fine. Thank you.

My appointment was for 2:45 I waited for over an hour to get taken to a room and waited another hour for the doctor to come in. He was in my room for 10 minutes at most. I was the very last to leave the building. This is the second time this has happened. It was 4: 35 when I left the building. I know I was the last to leave because there was no cars left on the lot other than employees. This was a very poor excuse for a visit and makes me think about not coming back. I've been coming here for 8 years and this trip was pathetic.
