The MyHealth portal is an online tool that goes a step beyond simply displaying information by helping you manage your healthcare easily and securely. The portal provides patients and their families with access to health information online at any time and from almost anywhere. All of the information in the Portal comes from your St. Bernards Electronic Health Record. This ensures that you have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information possible.

You must receive an email with a registration link to sign in. Registration cannot be completed from the portal login. If you have not already received a registration email, please contact our Medical Records departments by phone or by email patientportal@sbrmc.org

Schedule Urgent Care Appointments Online

Established patients can now schedule urgent care appointments ahead of time through the St. Bernards patient portal, myhealth.stbernards.info. Planning your visit in advance helps reduce your wait time and makes your urgent care experience more convenient.

To get started, log in to your patient portal and select "Schedule" or "Schedule New" by the "Appointments" box or tab. Find "Urgent Care Walk-In" and select "Schedule" underneath. You may then select an available urgent care appointment time that works for you.

Yes, you can give family members, such as parents or healthcare proxies, access to your Portal.

Is my information safe?

Yes. Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are rewritten so they cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your Portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the Portal page open.

What if I ever have technical problems with the portal?
