St. Bernards To Host Free Baby State Program for Expectant Parents on Nov. 8

St. Bernards will host a free program for expectant parents on Wednesday, Nov. 8, at St. Bernards Auditorium.

The quarterly program known as Baby State is set for 6 to 8 p.m. at St. Bernards Auditorium, 505 East Washington Ave., and will include lots of information for parents-to-be. No registration is required.

Attendees will have opportunity to meet the St. Bernards maternity nursing team, the unique internationally board certified lactation team and others on the medical center’s expert staff who specialize in caring for babies.

In addition, information will be available on car seat safety, parents can learn about infant cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and winter illnesses (including RSV) and will learn why it it is recommended that babies sleep on their backs.

Parents also will be able to tour the St. Bernards Birthcare Center and to pre-register for delivery.

Baby State is offered quarterly at St. Bernards.
