St. Bernards Receives 11 Diamond Awards for Excellence in Marketing and Public Relations

St. Bernards Healthcare has been recognized for excellence in marketing and public relations and has received 11 Diamond Awards at this year’s annual meeting of the Arkansas Hospital Association. Awards represent marketing prepared and used during 2013.

Diamond Awards are the top honors given in competition sponsored by the statewide group. In addition, St. Bernards received nine Certificates of Excellence.

Nine of the Diamond Awards were for entries in the advertising category, one for an entry in the employee communication campaign category and one for an entry in the foundation category.

The advertising Diamonds were for print, radio and television advertising as well as total advertising campaign.

The winning entry in the total campaign category included all components in the St. Bernards … The Heart of Great Medicine campaign. Winning print ads were for St. Bernards … The Heart of Great Medicine and Red Wolves Fever. Winning radio ads were for St. Bernards … The Heart of Great Medicine, HeartScore CT and 3 Days from Diagnosis to Options. Diamond-winning television ads were for St. Bernards … The Heart of Great Medicine, St. Bernards Medical Group – What Patients Want and 3 Days from Diagnosis to Options.

The Diamond Award for employee communication campaign was for Paint the Town Red. And the foundation Diamond Award was for the 2013 Kids on the Mile event.

Certificates of Excellence in Advertising included three for total campaign, one for print ad, one for radio, three for television and one for special publication. The total campaigns were for St. Bernards Medical Group campaign, heart campaign and cancer campaign.

In the television category, Certificates of Excellence were presented for Door to Balloon Time, Same Day Mammography Results and St. Bernards, I Can. In print, the recognition was for St. Bernards, I Can; and in radio, the recognition was for Same Day Mammography Results. In the special purpose publication category the award was for the St. Bernards Medical Group Physician Directory.

The awards were presented during a dinner at the Arkansas Hospital Association’s Annual Meeting and Trade Show in Little Rock earlier this month.
