Dr. Max Arroyo Will Read in English and Spanish at Feb. 7 Stories in the Forest

Dr. Max Arroyo, interventional cardiologist at St. Bernards Heart & Vascular, will serve as reader at the Stories in the Forest program Saturday, Feb. 7, at The Mall at Turtle Creek. The St. Bernards Foundation has received a gift of children’s books thanks to the generosity of customers of the Barnes & Noble store at The Mall at Turtle Creek. Barnes & Noble, the nation’s largest retail bookseller, conducts a Holiday Book Drive through its stores in the U.S., giving customers who purchase children’s books as gifts opportunity also to purchase books for needy children. The Cancer Program at St. Bernards Medical Center has been accredited with commendation by the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons as a comprehensive community cancer program. (The “with commendation” signifies that the St. Bernards program exceeds standard requirements.)
