St. Bernards Advocates are hosting a Butterfly Release celebration and remembrance event on Sunday, Oct. 13 to commemorate the lost loved ones of the community. The Butterfly Release will take place at 2 p.m. in the St. Bernards Imaging Center Parking Lot, located at 1144 E. Matthews.
A butterfly can be purchased in honor or in memory of a loved one. Individual butterflies can be purchased for $15 each or 10 butterflies for $135. This event is being sponsored by the St. Bernards Advocates and all proceeds raised will benefit the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House.
St. Bernards Advocates are a group of young professionals who volunteer and raise funds to help support St. Bernards programs. Hospice care helps patients nearing the end of life find peace in comfort and with dignity through Christ-like care.
