Cardiologist Bose Manyam Now Seeing Patients at St. Bernards

Cardiologist Bose S. Manyam, MD, FACC, is now practicing at St. Bernards.

Dr. Manyam earned his undergraduate medical training from Rangaraya Medical College at Andhra University in Kakinada, India, and earned a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science degree. He then attended Guntur Medical College at Nagarjuna University for his postgraduate training in Internal Medicine in Guntur, India.

After his initial education in India, Dr. Manyam worked as a rotating intern at Rangaraya Medical College, and moved to Diwaniyah, Iraq in 1980 as a staff physician at the Endemic Diseases Center. He then continued his career as a consultant physician for Srinivasa Padmavathi Hospital in Guntur, India, and Holberton Hospital in St. Johns, Antigua.

Dr. Manyam immigrated to the United States in 1990 and completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. In 1993, he joined Elmhurst Hospital Center as a cardiology fellow at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and three years later began his career as an attending physician at Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness, Florida and a cardiologist at Heart Associates in Crystal River, Florida. Dr. Manyam is married to Sarada.

Dr. Manyam is currently accepting new patients at St. Bernards Heart and Vascular located at 201 E. Oak Avenue in Jonesboro, as well as in Forrest City.
