Total Life Healthcare is provided at no cost for participants with Medicaid or Medicare with Medicaid. The program is available for residents living in specific ZIP codes within a seven-county service area.
St. Bernards Total Life Healthcare was the first established PACE program in Arkansas, opening in 2008. For 14 years, Total Life Healthcare (TLH) has provided comprehensive health services with the goal of keeping seniors independent and well in the community. TLH’s interdisciplinary team is dedicated to keeping services and care up-to-date, meeting each morning to discuss the priorities of individuals, ensuring the best managed care possible.
