Norm Judd MS, CSCS, CES, EIM is the Medical Fitness Manager at St. Bernards Health & Wellness providing a continuum of care for the patient population.  Incorporating exercise as medicine, Norm’s goal is to provide a safe and effective program to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and return to normal activities of daily living.
