You will also notice that your muscles are getting tone, calories are melting away, and confidence increases through this unique and fun workout.

At St. Bernards Health and Wellness, we are proud to be members of the Rock Steady Boxing organization, with a goal of "fighting back" against Parkinson's disease. Research has found that those with Parkinson's disease can improve their quality of life through a boxing-inspired fitness curriculum. Our trained and certifitied Rock Steady Boxing insturctors are ready to help take a swing at Parkinson's disease with you.
