Class Offerings

Shift your thinking when visiting the gym by trying out one of our many class group class offerings. When you choose one of our classes, you get a great workout and the opportunity to make new friends while gaining the strength, endurance, and energy you are looking for. At St. Bernards Health and Wellness, our classes range from Bootcamp classes for beginners to line dancing with our shuffle class. Our skilled instructors provide a supportive and welcoming environment, ensuring there’s a little something for everyone.

Our certified instructors have developed specialized classes designed with you in mind for our active older adult members. Looking up your mobility or maintaining it, check out our Arthritis classes in the Warm Water Therapy Pool.

Classes are offered daily at our facility and at various times to allow you the flexibility to get your favorite workouts in every week. Our certified group exercise instructors lead all classes. They have a passion for motivating and guiding you to your fitness goals while keeping your workout fun and energizing. No matter your fitness level – novice, enthusiast, or specialized needs, we have options.
