Dive into an aquatic experience like no other. The aquatic facilities at St. Bernards Health & Wellness offer members of all ages an enjoyable experience in and around the water. The aquatic center is open daily during regular facility hours; however, the pool closes 15 minutes before facility closing. The aquatic center is accessible directly from the locker rooms or the family changing area. 

Lap Pool

The aquatic facility offers three indoor pool areas for members to enjoy, along with many options for aquatic programming. The flagship area of our aquatic center is the four-lane 25-meter lap pool. This center area is designated for lap swimming, aquatic exercise classes and swim lessons. The pool temperature is 80-85° making it an excellent option for working out. Those looking to swim laps can keep track of their distance by knowing that 64 lengths of the pool equal 1 mile.

After a workout, give your body a chance to relax and recover in the whirlpool area of the aquatic center. The whirlpool is kept at an ideal temperature of 101-104° for our adult members to enjoy. The whirlpool offers different accessibility options and plenty of room to stretch out and relax after your workout or a stressful day.

The final area of our aquatic center is our warm water therapy pool. This pool is kept at a warm 90-94°. It is helpful to our members who suffer from various ailments, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, total joint replacement, chronic lower back pain, and fibromyalgia. Please reference the class schedule for therapy rehabilitation times.

It is okay if you are not sure where to begin your aquatic training or therapy. You are not alone at St. Bernards Health & Wellness. Our personal training staff can help you reach your goals to increase strength, range of motion, build endurance, or even lose weight. Using one of our personal trainers is a great way to diversify your workout and have a program designed to meet your fitness goals and needs. Private training sessions are 45-minutes long and can be scheduled by calling 870.207.7779. Please note that payment is required at the time of scheduling your training session.

Swim Instruction

Learn to swim with confidence from our top-notch instructors. Swimming lessons start with members as young as 4 years old and range to adults wanting to improve their confidence. Our swim lessons are for any skill level and are available through private instruction. These lessons combine water safety instruction and drills to improve technique. Members can take advantage of this service year-round.

       Swim Application
