RX REFILL

You can request refills of your prescriptions by following the directions below: 

1. Call (870) 932-1198 or toll free (888) 798-0700.
2. Be prepared to leave the following information: Caller’s Name, Callback number, Patient’s Name, Patient’s Date of Birth, Medications to be refilled, and the Pharmacy you would like to use.
3. If you request your medication refill after 1pm, it may not be ready for pick-up until the next business day.
