1 Person: 60 minutes ($55); 30 minutes ($38), per-person rate

2 People: 60 minutes ($35); 30 minutes ($25), per-person rate

Assessment: $60

Group Training: $27/Hour

Small-group training provides a versatile and fun environment while focusing on specific outcomes based on individual needs. Call for class times.

Sports Performance Training for Students

Fuel your child’s or teen’s athletic achievements with sports performance training. Certified trainers give middle and high-school students the tools they need to excel on the field, track or court.
