2-1-1 is United Way's free, 24/7/365 confidential community health and human services information and referral hotline. 2-1-1 has responded to more than 21 million requests for help across North America and has impacted over 267,000 Arkansans. 2-1-1 guides you to find resources for: utilities, housing, employment, healthcare, tax services and much more.

The Hope House is a project, of the Sure Foundation, to assist with fulfilling the spiritual, physical, and mental health needs of individuals in our community. It is open 7 days a week to the public to take a shower, wash clothes, get assistance with job applications, mental health counseling, etc. The Hope House is located at 111 Fisher St., Jonesboro, AR 72401.
St. Bernards Medical Center, CrossRidge Community Hospital and St. Bernards Five Rivers Medical Center provide financial assistance to qualified individuals, including those who are uninsured, underinsured, ineligible for government programs, within low income qualifications or otherwise unable to pay for medically necessary care.
