Administrative Fellowship
Advance your career with the St. Bernards Healthcare Administrative Fellowship. It offers an immersive, yearlong experience that prepares you for an impactful career in healthcare leadership. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to executive decision-making, system operations, and strategic initiatives. How the Fellowship Works
Your year with us offers both breadth and depth. Foundational rotations early in the program introduce you to core departments. From there, you’ll take on high-impact projects informed by your rotations and guided by your preceptor. Each day brings a mix of project execution, leadership meetings, and exposure to operational and strategic work.

- Medical center administration
- Finance
- Nursing
- Population Health
- Community-based medical centers
- Strategy and business development
- Legislative relationships

Where You'll Train
The primary site is St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. You’ll also gain exposure to several clinics and rural facilities across the region. They give you a complete look at healthcare operations in both urban and rural settings.

Meet weekly with preceptor to:
- Review rotation insights
- Get coaching and feedback that supports your leadership development
- Navigate projects and system relationships
Administrative and corporate vice presidents also serve as mentors. Past fellows offer peer support throughout the year.
