As a sponsor or an Expo exhibitor, your business can be a part of one of the largest health-related community events in the region and be exposed to more than 16,000 prospective customers in a one-on-one environment. Expo visitors include physicians, runners, staffers and people from a 23-county region.

Eight-Foot Backdrop

Electrical Access (1 outlet; 2 plugs)

Three-Foot Draped Sides

One Draped Six-Foot Table

2 Meal Tickets for Saturday or Sunday

EXPO EXTRAS:

Additional Meal Ticket: $12

Premium Booth Reservation: $50

Additional 110 Electrical Outlet: $25

Additional 220 Electrical Outlet: $100

Additional Tables: $20 each

Additional Chairs: $5 each

PREMIUM BOOTH INFORMATION

Premium selection of booth space is available for a $50 fee. Please list your top three preferences.

Note: First come, first served. Sponsors receive priority.

VENDOR DISCLAIMERS

Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Booths must be paid in advance. Booth cut-off date is March 27, 2021.

Booth set up times: Friday, April 8, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm. Please do not tear down your booth until Sunday,

April 10 after 4:00 pm.
