This is a free event.

Description

This FREE screening will include blood pressure, height, weight, BMI, anemia, glucose, hemoglobin A1C (3 month average blood sugar), and lipid panel (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides).  

For accurate results, fasting at least 12 hours is suggested (water is okay).

Everyone who participates in the screening will receive a gift certificate for 2 weeks FREE at Crossfit (expires 02.28.26)
