Shout out to one of your employees for world class customer service. Chelsea in Outpatient Scheduling went above and beyond to schedule my MRI. She called the hospital and Imaging Center in Poplar Bluff (my home) in an attempt to get an earlier appointment. On Monday, Dec. 15th, the earliest MRI she could get for me was Saturday, Dec. 20th, but she gave me her direct phone number so I could contact her daily to look for a cancellation. She found one when I called Tuesday morning and was able to get the MRI scheduled 2 days earlier. Great job Chelsea!
