Madison goes above and beyond for every employee and applicant who visits Talent Acquisition. As the "face" of TA, she helps candidates throughout the interview process. She is often seen helping applicants in the lobby, who aren’t tech-savvy, sometimes spending over an hour assisting them with applications. Her patience and kindness are unmatched. She also strives to learn about other roles to help our team daily. Recently promoted to recruiter, Madison truly lives our mission, and ensures anyone has an opportunity to work at St. Bernards.
