Kirsten exemplifies the mission through her compassion, work ethic, and genuine care for others as a UIC. During one shift, a peer was overwhelmed with patient needs, she stepped in without hesitation, even though it wasn’t within the scope of her role. She took initiative, assisting with bed changes, feeding, and bringing juice to a patient unasked. Her selflessness, attentiveness, and proactive approach truly go above and beyond. Her kindness and dedication make her an invaluable team member and a true example of Christ-like healing.
