Kim is one of the most compassionate people you will ever meet. Her genuine care for patients shines through in every interaction. She regularly calls patients to check on them and often visits the hospital or hospice house after work to offer additional support. One example is a young patient who has been quadriplegic and ventilator-dependent most of his life. Kim built a connection with him, sharing jokes and brightening his day, always bringing a smile to his face. She continues to check on him to this day, embodying a true servant’s heart in healthcare.
