Jeff, our longest-tenured PTA, leads by example. Over the years, he consistently goes above and beyond. One time, after working a weekend shift, Jeff helped a young patient with an orthopedic injury by following the family home and assisting them in getting the patient inside and into bed. Another time, Jeff went above and beyond for a blind patient, walking her in and out of the clinic to make sure she was safe. She shared no one ever took the time to do that before, leaving her deeply appreciative of his care and attention. These are just a few examples of how he impacts our patients every day.
