Hailey was my pre op nurse before surgery. I'm a hard stick and came in with a bruise from a bad stick the week before. Hailey worked hard to get my IV placed without creating stress for me. She got the IV placed painlessly and kept me in good spirits while she did it. Nerves are high when you're preparing for surgery but Hailey talked to me like a person, not just a patient and encouraged me about how good my care team would be. I can't brag enough about how kind she was and how much easier she made my pre-op experience.
