Over the past three years, I have seen Chastity grow immensely, both as a person and as a nurse. One thing that really impresses me about Chastity is her continued inward reflection upon herself which has led to enormous growth and its something not many people can do. As a nurse, Chastity has naturally grown and matured into a leadership role. She is very inquisitive and determined and always seeks to find answers to questions. She is always willing to go the extra mile and always follows up with a task until it is completed. She is very efficient with her duties and is a hard worker. This has really positively impacted her patient care. I can see how she rises to new challenges with patients and how she takes pride in her patient care and providing the best possible nursing. I am really proud of Chastity.
