Carleigh consistently goes above and beyond to support every patient in the ICU. As an LPN, she rounds throughout the entire ICU each night, assisting with patient care. While she doesn’t have a direct team, her contributions significantly enhance the care provided by the RNs. Carleigh regularly receives BRAVO's and shout-outs for her dedication, always willing to jump in and assist with any task to ensure patients receive the best care possible. She is truly committed to our patients and strives to make each day a great day.
