We had a patient that has been battling cancer for several years and came into the office to get some lab levels redone due to previous labs being so concerning that his cancer has came back. Bridgett got him back to do his lab and the patient was telling her his story and when she was done she reached in her pocket and gave him a little Jesus figurine and said have this, everyone needs a little bit of Jesus with them. Patient said that they continued their conversation and before his visit he was a ball of emotions and when he left our nurse made all that anxiety and emotions go away. The patient said that he later got that lab result back that showed his level was a 0 and there was no concern about the cancer return. He said that her presence and the miracle of GOD that made this happen. He still has his little Jesus on the dash of his truck to remind him everyday that he still needs Jesus in his life. Bridgett is not only like this with this patient but every patient that she encounters.
