When the nuns used to bake bread on Thursdays and the employees could buy it for $1.00. This was baked in a kitchen that was located in the underground tunnel (hallway) that went from the hospital to the convent.

I also remember hearing the nuns swimming. There was a swimming pool behind the old convent that was turned into the former Annex building (now the ER parking lot).

When all the clerical employees wore red, white and blue. Your pants could be red with a blue vest (double knit) and a white shirt (much like the puffy shirt on the Seinfeld show) or you could wear blue pants with a red vest and white puffy shirt.
