My 83 year old grandmother was admitted due to a GI bleed. She was admitted over the Christmas holiday. Austin, her PCT, provided exceptional care. He never complained once. He brought her and our family many laughs and joy. We are so thankful for the care he provided to our precious grandmother. He worked 2 nights while she was on the floor. He was also training other PCTs while working. He seemed to provide excellent training. He made sure her room was kept tidy, her bedside commode was emptied, and brought supplies when needed. He checked on her often. She is so appreciative of his care. He showed amazing patient care & had a great sense of humor. He helped keep our minds off her upcoming procedure with the many laughs he brought!
