Angela has been with SBHV for over 20 years and manages the Revenue Cycle department. She supports both insurance staff and patients, helping them navigate complex financial matters. Angela volunteers her personal time for events like Healthy Heart Day. When a patient called upset about a medical bill, Angela took the escalated call. After investigating, she discovered it wasn’t an SBHV bill. Instead of transferring, she promised a callback, resolved the issue with the hospital's billing department, and followed up two weeks later. The patient was deeply grateful and we are proud to have her on our team.
