Andrew embodies our SERVE standards in every way. When tackling a critical reimbursement project, he creatively repurposed an interface engine, avoiding additional vendors. Despite his busy imaging informatics role, he managed all of the technical work. He also resolved a long-standing issue with ambulatory imaging orders in our EHR system by independently researching a Meditech setting, leading a group review, and training end-users. Andrew consistently goes beyond his duties, finding and owning solutions that improve operations. His leadership extends not only to IT but to the entire organization.
