Kudos to Alaina! You are an angel. You went above and beyond what you had to do to help me in the ICU. You didn’t forget anything, and especially didn’t apologize for doing your job. That’s so important. You made me feel like you really cared and that doesn’t happen a lot. Sometimes people make you feel like you are just a product. You are incredibly polite and you had a great sense of humor. I appreciated just having our conversations together.
