Joint Commission
The Joint Commission has been accrediting hospitals for 75 years. Its accreditation is a nationwide seal of approval that indicates a hospital meets high performance standards. Joint Commission accreditation helps hospitals improve their performance, raise the level of patient care and demonstrate accountability in the rapidly changing healthcare marketplace. St Bernards is proud to be a Joint Commission accredited facility. The accreditation for St. Bernards excludes skilled nursing and nursing home services.
If you have a concern about patient safety and/or quality of care, we ask that you contact the management at St. Bernards by calling our Quality Hotline at 870.207.7300 or email Quality@sbrmc.org so we may quickly resolve the issue.
You may also report any concerns about healthcare quality or patient safety to the Joint Commission by calling 800.207.7300 or by going to the Joint Commission website (jointcommission.org) and searching “report a concern.”
The Arkansas Department of Health also has a complaint form that may be completed and submitted electronically or by mail. The form is found at Arkansas Department of Health, Health Facilities Services – Complaint Form.
