St. Bernards will host the sixth annual Runway for the Cure
fashion show at noon on Friday, July 20, at St. Bernards Auditorium, 505 Eat
Washington Ave.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Arkansas Affiliate,
Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Ten of the 23 models for the fashion show are breast cancer
survivors, while others are family members and friends. Each will model two
outfits – one casual and one formal – with all clothing, accessories and makeup
provided by Dillard’s.
The 2012 St. Bernards Pink Warrior Race for the Cure team
t-shirts will be unveiled at the fashion show, and will be modeled by members
of the Arkansas State University Lady Red Wolves Basketball team. The Miles of
Men t-shirt will be modeled by their coach, Brian Boyer.
Lunch will be provided by Kiss the Cook.
Presenting sponsors are St. Bernards Healthcare, Dillard’s
and Jonesboro Occasions.
