| The Senior Health Clinic provides comprehensive health assessments, consultations and treatment for senior adults. A caring treatment team consisting of a geriatrician (a physician trained specifically in treating senior adults), an advanced practice nurse and a social worker are all involved in coordinating the elements of care needed for each situation. Appointments may be made individually, or by physician referral. |
